Shears sold come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your shears within the satisfaction guarantee window, please contact email@example.com.
Manufacturer' Defect Policy
If a defect is expected to exist with a shear, the shear will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. For example, Kasho Shears are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for the life of the shear
Warranty & Refunds (if applicable)
If it is believed that a warranty issues exists, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be provided with a return authorization number and your shear will be sent for assessment to determine if a warranty issue exists. If it is determined that a warranty issue exists, you shear will be replaced. If there is no warranty issue identified, you may elect to have the shear repaired or not. Please note that your proof of purchase is required to be submitted as well
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Keep in mind you are responsible for your shear while it is in transit. Accordingly it is prudent that you consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance.
